You are not your body. Do not forget that. Do not confuse that.

You Are Awareness. Consciousness. Spirit.

You are Life. You are Love. These are all one and the same.

Not the object, not matter, but that which animates the object, that which animates matter.

Your body is but a vessel of matter which awareness animates and through which awareness is expressed.

It is also your most intimate material partner through this miraculous manifestation of awareness.

It is yours to Love. As it all is.

Love makes all things beautiful.

Beauty is Of the Essence, Of Awareness.

Beauty is not Of the material, but manifests materially.

Do not confuse the stirring of the carnal instincts of the material body as a sign of Beauty.

Do not be a fool and think physical changes will make you Beautiful.

This confusion of Spirit will manifest in unbeauty.

Do not confuse yourself for your body, but love it and thus make it and all things Beautiful.

Why do you feel the need to share?

Who cares what others think?

Do you live your life for them?

Forget this talk of sharing your dreams and your visions.

Let your Deeds speak.

It is a difficult thing to be one’s self.

Do not blame others for your own failings.

Do not let your insecurity become an accusing.

Open to Every Possibility.

Certain of your Abilities.

Humble before the Mystery.

And in Rapture with Destiny.

Do you want to Live, or leave the living for others?

You!

Yes, you!

Have you forgotten?

Do you not remember?

It is not so long ago that you sailed the high seas with nothing but the Stars to guide you.

That you withstood the full force of the ice of winter and summer’s blistering heat.

That your sustenance was the fruit of your own labour – the spoils of a hunt or the harvest of what you had sown.

That you fought for your freedom with sword and shield and arrow.

It is not so long ago that you stood for something.

That you were Strong.

This blood still courses through your veins.

This Power is your birthright.

Waken from the dream.

Remember.

Why would you ever settle for anything less than Love?

are you just killing time until you die?

What does it entail?

A Relinquishing of Ego.

An Essence that transcends social structures.

A non-dualistic Mind.

And a sense of humor.
