You are not your body. Do not forget that. Do not confuse that.

You Are Awareness. Consciousness. Spirit.

You are Life. You are Love. These are all one and the same.

Not the object, not matter, but that which animates the object, that which animates matter.

Your body is but a vessel of matter which awareness animates and through which awareness is expressed.

It is also your most intimate material partner through this miraculous manifestation of awareness.

It is yours to Love. As it all is.

Love makes all things beautiful.

Beauty is Of the Essence, Of Awareness.

Beauty is not Of the material, but manifests materially.

Do not confuse the stirring of the carnal instincts of the material body as a sign of Beauty.

Do not be a fool and think physical changes will make you Beautiful.

This confusion of Spirit will manifest in unbeauty.

Do not confuse yourself for your body, but love it and thus make it and all things Beautiful.
